营养咨询在消化内科护理中的应用分析

摘要

目的 分析研究营养咨询在消化内科护理中的应用分析。方法 选取本院2018年09月-2019年08月期间收治的84例消化内科患者进行此次研究,按照数字表法将所有患者均分为参照组和观察组两组,各42例。参照组患者实行消化内科常规护理,观察组患者在消化内科常规护理的基础上实行营养咨询干预,比较两组患者的平均住院时间、平均住院费用以及护理满意度。结果 实行营养咨询干预的观察组的平均住院时间以及平均住院费用低于参照组,组间差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理的满意度高于参照组并且差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对消化内科患者实行相应的营养咨询干预,能够进一步减少患者的住院时间以及住院费用,提高患者对护理的满意程度,还可以进一步提高护理质量,有着推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and analyze the application of nutrition consultation in the nursing of digestive medicine.
Methods A total of 84 patients with gastroenterology who were treated in our hospital from September 2018 to August 2019 were selected for this study. According to the digital table method, all patients were divided into two groups, the reference group and the observation group. Patients in the reference group were given routine nursing care in the Department of Gastroenterology. Patients in the observation group were given nutritional counseling interventions on the basis of routine care in the Department of Gastroenterology. The average length of hospital stay, average hospitalization costs, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results The average length of hospitalization and the average cost of hospitalization in the observation group with nutritional counseling intervention were lower than those in the reference group. The differences between the groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). The patients in the observation group had higher satisfaction with the care than the reference group and the differences were significant. Obviously, it has statistical significance (P <0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of appropriate nutrition counseling interventions for patients with gastroenterology can further reduce the length of hospitalization and the cost of hospitalization, improve the satisfaction of patients with care, and further improve the quality of care, which has a promotion value.
