摘要
目的 对过敏性紫癜患儿护理过程中临床路径护理模式的应用效果进行研究，以期能够为护理人员开展工作提供些许参考。方法 本次实验抽取本院2019年1月-2019年12月期间就诊的过敏性紫癜患儿共计76人，通过抽签将所选患者分为甲组及乙组，两组患者人数相同，均为38人。在实验过程中，护理人员对甲组患儿实施常规护理，对乙组患儿实施临床路径护理，对两组患儿亲属满意情况、患儿治疗费用及出院时间进行统计和记录。结果 研究结果显示，相比甲组，乙组患儿亲属护理满意度较高，两组患儿之间差异较为突出，存在统计学意义（p＜0.05）；相比甲组患儿，乙组患儿治疗费用较低，两组患儿之间差异较为突出，存在统计学意义（p＜0.05）；相比甲组患儿，乙组患儿出院时间较短，两组患儿之间差异较为突出，存在统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论 在过敏性紫癜患儿护理过程中临床路径护理模式有着较好的效果，其能够在一定程度上促进患者亲属护理满意度的提升，减轻患儿家庭经济负担，缩短患儿出院时间，具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract
Objective To study the application effect of clinical pathway nursing mode in the nursing process of children with allergic purpura, in order to provide some references for the nursing staff to carry out their work. Methods: In this experiment, a total of 76 children with allergic purpura treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected. The selected patients were divided into group A and group B by lot drawing. The number of patients in both groups was the same, for 38 people. During the experiment, the nurses performed routine nursing care for the children in group A, and clinical pathway nursing for the children in group B. Statistics and records were given to the relative satisfaction,the treatment costs, and the discharge time of the children. Results: The results of the study showed that, compared with group A, the relative satisfaction of children in group B was higher, and the differences between the two groups were more significant, with statistical significance (p <0.05). The treatment cost of the children in the group was lower, and the difference between the two groups was more significant, which was statistically significant (p <0.05). Compared with the children in group A, the children in group B had a shorter discharge time, and the difference was more prominent and statistically significant (p <0.05). Conclusion : The clinical pathway nursing model has a good effect in the nursing process of children with allergic purpura. It can promote the satisfaction of relative care of patients to a certain extent, reduce the family financial burden and the time of discharge of children. Also, it is of certain practical significance.
