摘要
目的 分析手术室护理在护理工作中的压力源，并提出相应的应对措施。方法 将我院手术室中在职的42例护理工作人员做为本次实验的研究对象，采用问卷调查的方式，既包括了病人、工作性质与内容、家庭生活、血源性感染危险、社会压力、职业福利待遇这六方面的压力程度，分析手术室护理人员的主要压力来源，并制定相对应的解决对策。结果 采用问卷调查表的方式对该院手术室护士进行压力源调查，其中压力源占比最高的三项为血源性感染、职业福利待遇、工作性质与内容，其占比率分别为71.42%、64.28%、59.52%，然后就是因家庭生活、病人和社会压力所造成的，其占比率分比为54.76%、47.61%、45.23%。结论 手术室护士的压力源是来自不同方面的，需要采取针对性的解决措施，以降低护理人员的压力，减轻其心理不良情绪，进而保障护理人员的心理健康。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the pressure sources of nursing in the operating room and propose corresponding countermeasures. Methods The 42 nursing staff in the operating room of our hospital were used as the research object of this experiment. The questionnaire survey includes the degree of stress of patients, the nature and content of work, family life, blood-borne infection risk, social pressure, and occupational welfare treatment. It analyzes the main sources of stress of nurses in the operating room and formulates corresponding solutions. Results A questionnaire was used to investigate the pressure sources of the operating room nurses. The three items with the highest pressure sources were blood-borne infections, occupational benefits, work nature and content, and their proportions were 71.42%., 64.28%, 59.52%, and then caused by family life, patients and social pressure, its proportion is 54.76%, 47.61%, 45.23%. Conclusion The pressure sources of operating room nurses come from different aspects, and need to take targeted measures to reduce the pressure of nurses and alleviate their psychological unhealthy mood, and then protect the mental health of nurses.
