摘要
目的 研究分析消化内科常用口服药不合理情况的使用状况。方法 自我院2016年至2018年消化内科用药治疗患者中均随机抽取500例患者作为研究对象，详细统计各年消化内科用药治疗中不合理现象的发生率。结果 2016年至2018年消化内科口服药物不合理现象主要有重复用药、联合用药不合理、药物剂量过大或者联合用药后毒副作用增强，各类不合理使用情况的发生率在逐年下降，差异对比均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 消化内科不合理用药中的不合理类型比较多，严重影响患者的正常治疗，威胁着患者的生命安全，随着相关管理工作的不断深入，药物研究的不断推广，不合理用药事件的发生率也在不断提升，治疗安全性以及治疗效果均有显著改善，值得推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the unreasonable use of oral medicines commonly used in digestive medicine. Methods: From 2016 to 2018, 500 patients were randomly selected from the self-hospital for the treatment of digestive medicine, and the incidence of unreasonable phenomena in the treatment of digestive medicine was calculated in detail in each year. Results: From 2016 to 2018, the unreasonable oral drugs in the Department of Gastroenterology mainly included repeated use, unreasonable combination, excessive drug dosage, or increased toxic and side effects after combined use. The incidence of various types of unreasonable use decreased year by year, and the differences were compared. All were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion : There are many unreasonable types of irrational medications in the Department of Gastroenterology, which seriously affect the normal treatment of patients and threaten the lives of patients. With the continuous development of related management work and the continuous promotion of drug research, the incidence of irrational medication events It is also continuously improved, and the safety and efficacy of treatment have been significantly improved, and it is worth promoting and applying.
