Application of evidence-based nursing in clinical nursing of dilated cardiomyopathy
循证护理在扩张型心肌病临床护理中的运用

摘要

目的 探讨在扩张型心肌病患者临床护理中实施循证护理干预的应用效果。方法 于2019年3月-2020年2月我院收治的扩张型心肌病患者中，随机选取82例作为研究对象。根据护理模式的不同应用，将其分组展开实验。在常规护理模式下，医护人员按照以往的护理流程，给予对照组患者用药指导、疾病监测、病房环境护理等各项服务。在循证护理模式下，优化临床护理路径，在以往临床护理工作中增加心理干预、健康知识教育、饮食指导等，应用于观察组患者的临床护理中。结果 从两组患者护理疗效、护理满意度、住院时间等各项指标的比较上来看，观察组患者的整体护理效果较好，指标差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 循证护理涵盖于患者心理、行为、饮食等多个方面，将其贯穿于扩张型心肌病患者临床护理工作中，护理内容更加全面，并且具备针对性特点，护理质量得到显著提高，有利于患者身体的尽快康复，达到良好的治疗效果。

Abstract

Objective: T o explore the effect of applying evidence-based nursing intervention in clinical nursing of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.
Methods: From March 2019 to February 2020, 82 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy admitted to our hospital were randomly selected as subjects. According to the different applications of the nursing model, group them to conduct experiments. Under the conventional nursing model, medical staff provide various services such as medication guidance, disease monitoring, and ward environment care to the control group according to the previous nursing process. Under the evidence-based nursing model, optimize the clinical nursing path, add psychological intervention, health knowledge education, diet guidance, etc. in the past clinical nursing work, and apply it to the clinical nursing of patients in the observation group.
Results: From the comparison of the nursing efficacy, nursing satisfaction, hospitalization time and other indicators of the two groups of patients, the overall nursing effect of the patients in the observation group was better, and the difference in indicators was statistically significant (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : Evidence-based nursing covers many aspects of patients' psychology, behavior, diet, etc., and it is used in the clinical nursing work of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy. The content of nursing is more comprehensive and has targeted characteristics. It is conducive to the rapid recovery of the patient's body and achieves a good therapeutic effect.
