Analysis of the application effect of individual nursing measures in assisted reproductive nursing
个体化护理措施在辅助生殖护理中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 探析在辅助生殖护理中个体化护理措施的临床应用效果。方法 本次研究对象选取于我院2018年11月-2019年12月收治的不孕症患者，共计60例。采用随机数字表法将其中30例患者分到观察组，另外30例分到对照组。给予对照组常规护理措施，观察组患者的护理工作则实施个体化护理措施。两组患者接受不同方法护理后，观察和分析患者的临床状况，并将相关数据进行全面记录。同时通过焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评价患者的SAS评分、SDS评分，并进行比较，另外，比较两组患者的妊娠发生率。结果 通过分析得知，接受个体化护理的观察组，其无论是SAS评分，还是SDS评分，均优于常规护理的对照组，两组之间存在明显差异，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；另外，观察组患者的妊娠发生率明显高于对照组，差异显著有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 本研究表明，在辅助生殖护理工作中，实施个体化护理措施，能够有效的缓解患者的不良情绪，对妊娠发生率的提高有着积极作用，临床应用价值和推广价值较高。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the clinical application effect of individualized nursing measures in assisted reproductive nursing.
Methods: A total of 60 patients with infertility were selected from November 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital. Random number table method was used to divide 30 patients into the observation group and the other 30 into the control group. Routine nursing measures were given to the control group, and individual nursing measures were implemented for the nursing work of the observation group. After the two groups of patients received different methods of care, observe and analyze the clinical status of the patients, and comprehensively record the relevant data. At the same time, the patients' SAS score and SDS score were evaluated by the self-assessment scale of anxiety and self-assessment of depression, and compared. In addition, the incidence of pregnancy between the two groups was compared.
Results: According to the analysis, the observation group receiving personalized care, whether it is SAS score or SDS score, is better than the control group of conventional care, there is a significant difference between the two groups, with statistical significance (P <0.05 ); In addition, the incidence of pregnancy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : This study shows that in assisted reproductive nursing work, the implementation of personalized nursing measures can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients, have a positive effect on the incidence of pregnancy, and have high clinical application value and promotion value.
