Application analysis of humanistic care concept in nursing of patients with chronic heart failure
人文关怀理念在慢性心衰患者护理中的应用分析

摘要

目的 探析在慢性心衰患者护理中实施人文关怀的临床下效果。方法 从我院收治的慢性心衰患者中便利选取其中80例作为主要研究对象，研究开展时间为2019年1月-2020年1月。将所有的患者按照1：1的比例分成两组，对照组（n=40例），观察组（n=40例），两组患者接受不同的护理方法，分别是常规护理、人文关怀护理。使用不同护理方法对两组患者展开护理后，观察和分析患者的临床状况，并对相关数据进行记录，尤其是患者的护理满意度，要详细统计，将两组统计后的数据，进行比较。结果 根据患者的临床状况可知，采用人文关怀护理的观察组和常规护理的对照组，比较护理满意度，观察组相对较高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在本次对人文关怀的应用研究中发现，在慢性心衰患者的护理工作中实施人文关怀理念，能够有效的提高护理质量，促进患者的需求得到满足，同时还能够提高护理满意度，临床应用价值较高。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of humanistic care in the care of patients with chronic heart failure.
Methods: From the patients with chronic heart failure admitted in our hospital, 80 cases were conveniently selected as the main research object, and the study was conducted from January 2019 to January 2020. All patients were divided into two groups according to the ratio of 1: 1, the control group (n = 40 cases), the observation group (n = 40 cases), and the two groups of patients received different nursing methods, namely routine care and humanistic care. After using different nursing methods to care for the two groups of patients, observe and analyze the clinical status of the patients, and record the relevant data, especially the patient's nursing satisfaction. Detailed statistics are needed to compare the data after the two groups of statistics.
Results: According to the clinical status of the patients, the observation group using humanistic care and the control group of routine care compared nursing satisfaction. The observation group was relatively high, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : In this applied study of humanistic care, it was found that implementing the concept of humanistic care in the care of patients with chronic heart failure can effectively improve the quality of care, promote the satisfaction of the needs of patients, and also improve the satisfaction of nursing. The clinical application value is high.
