摘要
目的 研究健康宣教护理在ETC显像检查中的临床使用效果。方法 选取我院进行ETC显像检查的84例患者作为研究对象,患者抽取时间段介于2019年8月到2020年2月期间,均符合研究标准。采用分组式结果分析,将该84例患者按照1:1比例分为观察组(n=42例)与对照组(n=42例),对照组ETC显像检查患者运用常规护理措施,观察组ETC显像检查患者在常规护理的基础上进行健康宣教,研究期间需要护理人员做好记录工作,两组观察指标为护理满意度、焦虑以及抑郁评分。结果 观察组ETC显像检查患者采用健康宣教护理后焦虑评分为40.78±4.13分、抑郁评分为44.78±2.36分,对照组ETC显像检查患者运用常规护理后焦虑评分为53.46±4.22分、抑郁评分为52.39±2.64分,观察组患者焦虑抑郁评分明显低于对照组,数据对比存在差异(P<0.05)。此外,观察组患者护理满意度为95.24%,相较于对照组患者护理满意度76.19%高,组间差异显著,具有实际统计意义(P<0.05)。结论 ETC显像检查患者运用健康宣教,可以有效提高护理满意度,改善患者焦虑抑郁状况,值得临床推广使用。

Abstract
Objective: To study the clinical effect of health education and nursing in ETC imaging examination. Methods: 84 patients who underwent ETC imaging in our hospital were selected as the research object. The patient extraction period was from August 2019 to February 2020, and all met the research standards. Using grouped results analysis, the 84 patients were divided into an observation group (n = 42 cases) and a control group (n = 42 cases) according to a 1: 1 ratio. Patients in the control group were examined by ETC imaging using conventional nursing measures. The observation group ETC imaging examination patients carried out health education on the basis of routine nursing. During the study, nurses needed to make good records. The observation indicators of the two groups were nursing satisfaction, anxiety and depression scores. Results: The anxiety score of the observation group after ETC scintigraphy was 40.78 ± 4.13, and the depression score was 44.78 ± 2.36, and the anxiety score of the control group after routine nursing was 53.46 ± 4.22. The depressionscore was 52.39 ± 2.64 points. The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and there was a difference in data comparison (P <0.05). In addition, the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 95.24%, which was higher than that of the control group, 76.19%. The difference between the groups was significant and had practical statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion : ETC imaging examination of patients using health education can effectively improve nursing satisfaction, improve patients' anxiety and depression, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
