细节护理在辅助生殖技术中的应用调查

摘要
目的 综合探析细节护理在辅助生殖技术中的应用效果。方法 随机选取2019年6月-2020年1月在我院进行辅助生殖技术助孕的患者100例，采用数字奇偶性将其具体分为观察组与对照组，各组建制50例，给予观察组患者细节护理措施，而对照组患者则采用传统护理模式，对比两组患者的临床护理满意度。结果 观察组患者的沟通评分、宣教评分、基础护理评分、心理评分以及护理满意度评分均明显高于对照组患者（P＜0.05），组间比较差异具有统计学意义。结论 研究表明，在医院内实行细节护理能够显著提升助孕患者的护理满意度，同时有效提高医院各科室的总体护理服务质量，值得临床推广。

Abstract
Objective: To comprehensively analyze the application effect of detailed nursing in assisted reproductive technology. Method: Randomly select 100 patients undergoing assisted reproductive technology in our hospital from June 2019 to January 2020, and divide them into an observation group and a control group by digital parity. The detailed nursing measures of the patients in the group, while the patients in the control group adopted the traditional nursing model, compared the clinical nursing satisfaction of the patients in the two groups. Results: The observation score, communication score, basic nursing score, psychological score and nursing satisfaction score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05), and the difference between the groups was statistically significant. Conclusion : Studies have shown that implementing detailed nursing in the hospital can significantly improve the nursing satisfaction of assisted pregnant patients, and at the same time effectively improve the overall quality of nursing services in hospital departments, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
