摘要

神经外科疾病类型复杂，存在较多危急重症患者。为确保患者的生命安全，临床护理人员需按照科室护理管理制度的规定，合理开展各项护理工作。近年来，伴随着我国医疗服务体系的逐渐健全，对神经内科护理质量也提出了更高的要求。护理任务繁重，在三班倒制度的安排下，护理人员轮流值班，照顾病人的起居，加强病房的巡视，严密监测患者的各项生命指标。与此同时，护理人员还应做好与患者及其家属的沟通，维护好护患关系。近年来，神经外科患者数量不断增加，护理工作量加大，对护理人员施加了更多的精神压力。在这种情况下，护理人员容易出现疲倦、劳累的神态，继而影响到自身的心理健康。倘若在护理工作中无法保持良好的精神和心理状态，有可能会出现护理操作上的失误，导致护理质量下降，无法满足患者的实际护理需求。基于此，需要对神经外科护士心理健康的影响因素进行分析，具有针对性采取相应的解决措施，创建出一个良好的工作氛围。

In order to ensure the safety of patients' lives, clinical nurses must carry out various nursing work in accordance with the regulations of the department's nursing management system. In recent years, with the gradual improvement of China's medical service system, higher requirements have been placed on the quality of neurology nursing. Nursing tasks are heavy. Under the arrangement of the three-shift system, nurses take turns on duty to take care of patients 'daily lives, strengthen patrolling of wards, and closely monitor patients' various life indicators. At the same time, nursing staff should also make good communication with patients and their families to maintain a good relationship between nurses and patients. In recent years, the number of neurosurgery patients has been increasing, and the workload of nursing has increased, putting more mental pressure on nursing staff. Under such circumstances, nurses are prone to fatigue and fatigue, which in turn affects their mental health. If the good mental and psychological state cannot be maintained in the nursing work, there may be mistakes in the nursing operation, which will lead to a decline in the quality of nursing and cannot meet the actual nursing needs of patients. Based on this, it is necessary to analyze the influencing factors of the mental health of neurosurgery nurses and take corresponding measures to create a good working atmosphere.
