The effect of full-course nursing on the treatment of hypospadias
全程护理对尿道下裂成形术治疗效果的影响

摘要

目的 分析全程护理对尿道下裂成形术治疗效果的影响。方法 本次对照实验中共选取了78例存在先天性尿道下裂的患儿作为研究对象，据调查均符合入组标准，家属已同意参与实验，接受尿道下裂成形术治疗，并按照护理方法的不同将患儿随机分配为了对照组和观察组，其中对照组使用常规护理，观察组在常规护理方式的基础上增加全程护理，每组39例患者，对比两组患儿的排尿指标、不同时间段的细胞百分比。结果 在护理前，观察组、对照组患儿的自由尿流率、压力流率分别为（7.89±1.32）mL/s、（8.26±0.64）mL/s，无统计学意义，（P＞0.05），在护理后分别为（12.26±2.74）mL/s、（9.36±1.14）mL/s，观察组患儿明显更优，（P＜0.05）。其次，两组患儿的Th1、Th2等细胞百分比在护理前也无较大差异，（P＞ 0.05），在术后0h、术后24h、术后72h等不同时间段均有明显改善，但使用全程护理的观察组效果更佳，数据间存在统计学意义，（P＜0.05）。结论: 将全程护理应用于尿道下裂成形术患儿的临床护理中有极高的应用价值，可进一步提高护理针对性，对促进患儿康复有积极意义。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effect of full-course nursing on the treatment of hypospadias.
Methods: A total of 78 children with congenital hypospadias were selected as the research object in this controlled experiment. According to the investigation, they met the inclusion criteria. The family members have agreed to participate in the experiment and received hypospadias plastic treatment, and follow the nursing methods The children were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group used routine care. The observation group added full-course care on the basis of conventional care. 39 patients in each group were compared. The percentage of cells in the time period.
Results: Before nursing, the free urine flow rate and pressure flow rate of children in the observation group and control group were (7.89 ± 1.32) mL / s and (8.26 ± 0.64) mL / s, respectively, with no statistical significance (P> 0.05), which were (12.26 ± 2.74) mL / s and (9.36 ± 1.14) mL / s after nursing, and the observation group was significantly better (P <0.05). Secondly, the percentages of Th1, Th2 and other cells in the two groups of patients were not significantly different before nursing (P> 0.05), and improved significantly at different time periods such as 0h, 24h and 72h after surgery, but the observation group using full-time nursing had better effect, and there was statistical significance between the data (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : The application of full-course nursing in the clinical nursing of children with hypospadias has a very high application value, which can further improve the pertinence of nursing and have a positive significance in promoting the rehabilitation of children.
