摘要
目的 分析心内科重症监护室患者的心理特点以及相应的护理措施。方法 选取58例心内科重症监护室患者作为本次实验的研究对象,时间段为2018年6月~2019年6月,分析患者在住院期间的心理特点,并将患者按照不同的护理方式分为对照组和观察组,每组各29例。对照组患者采用常规的临床护理模式,观察组患者则是实施人性化护理模式,对比分析两组患者在护理前后的焦虑和抑郁评分,以及对护理工作的满意度。结果 护理前,两组患者的交流和抑郁评分较差,经过系统的护理后,患者的评分均有明显好转,但相比较来说,采用人性化护理的观察组患者其心理状态明显优于采用常规护理的对照组患者,数据间差异明显(P<0.05),存在统计学意义。并且,统计两组患者对护理工作的满意度,观察组患者为96.55%,对照组患者为82.75%,观察组明显优于对照组,数据间存在较大差异(P<0.05),统计学意义明显。结论 分析心内科重症患者的心理特点,主要是存在焦虑、抑郁、恐惧等不良心理情绪,因此可以采用人性化护理措施,以消除患者因住院产生的不良情绪,改善患者的心理状况,促进患者的临床护理疗效提升,同时对提高护理工作的满意度也具有显著效果。

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the psychological characteristics of patients in the intensive care unit of the cardiology department and the corresponding nursing measures. Methods: 58 patients in the cardiology intensive care unit were selected as the research object of this experiment, the time period was from June 2018 to June 2019, the psychological characteristics of the patients during hospitalization were analyzed, and according to different nursing methods,the patients were divided to the control group and the observation group, with 29 cases in each group. The patients in the control group adopt the routine clinical nursing model, while the patients in the observation group implement the humanized nursing model. They compare and analyze the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups of patients before and after nursing, and their satisfaction with nursing work. Results: Before nursing, the communication and depression scores of the two groups of patients were poor. After systematic nursing, the patients' scores were significantly improved, but in comparison, the psychological state of the observation group with humanized nursing was significantly better than that of the observation group. In the control group of patients with routine care, the difference between the data was significant (P <0.05), which was statistically significant. In addition, the satisfaction of nursing care between the two groups of patients was counted. The observation group was 96.55% and the control group was 82.75%. The observation group was significantly better than the control group. There was a large difference between the data (P <0.05), statistically significance. Conclusion : Analyze the psychological characteristics of critically ill patients in cardiology department, mainly due to the existence of negative psychological emotions such as anxiety, depression, fear, etc. Therefore, humanized nursing measures can be adopted to eliminate the negative emotions caused by patients during hospitalization, improve the psychological status of patients, promote the improvement of clinical nursing effects of patients, and also have a significant effect on improving the satisfaction of nursing work.
