细节管理在小儿安全护理中的应用

摘要

目的 对小儿安全护理中细节管理的应用价值进行研究，以期能够为儿科护理人员开展工作提供些许参考。方法 本次实验时间为2018年2月-2020年2月，实验对象为本院儿科患儿，实验人数共计66人。根据患儿的住院时间将所选患儿分为甲乙两组，甲乙两组患者人数为33人。护理人员在实验过程中对甲组患儿实施常规护理管理，对乙组患儿实施细节护理管理，对两组患儿亲属护理满意情况、不良事件出现情况及护理服务评分进行记录和分析。结果 在患儿亲属护理满意情况方面，相比甲组，乙组较高，甲组患儿亲属护理满意度为75.76%，乙组患儿亲属护理满意度为96.97%，患儿亲属护理满意度方面表现出较大差异，数据呈现统计学意义（p＜0.05）；在不良事件出现情况方面，乙组患儿远远低于甲组患儿，甲组患儿不良事件出现几率为6.06%，乙组患儿不良事件出现几率为0.00%，不良事件出现几率方面表现出较大差异，数据呈现统计学意义（p＜0.05）；护理服务评分方面，乙组显著高于甲组，甲组护理服务评分为（76.1±2.2）分，乙组护理服务评分为（92.5±3.2）分，护理服务评分方面表现出较大差异，数据呈现统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论 在小儿安全护理中细节管理有着较高的临床应用价值，其能够在一定程度上提高患儿亲属护理满意度，减少不良事件的出现，提高护理服务评分。

Abstract

Objective: To study the application value of detail management in children's safety nursing, in order to provide some reference for pediatric nurses to carry out their work.
Methods: The duration of this experiment was from February 2018 to February 2020. The subject of the experiment was pediatric patients in this hospital, with a total of 66 participants. According to the hospitalization time of the children, the selected children were divided into two groups, the number of patients in the two groups was 33. During the experiment, the nursing staff implemented routine nursing management for the children in Group A, and implemented detailed nursing management for the children in Group B. The nursing satisfaction, adverse events, and nursing service scores of the relatives of the two groups were recorded and analyzed.
Results: In terms of the satisfaction of the relatives of the children, compared with group A, group B was higher, the satisfaction of the relatives of the children in group A was 75.76%, the satisfaction of the relatives of the children in group B was 96.97%, children ’s relatives showed great differences in nursing satisfaction, and the data showed statistical significance (p <0.05); in terms of the occurrence of adverse events, the children in group B were much lower than those in group A, and the probability of adverse events in group A was 6.06%. The probability of adverse events in group B was 0.00%, and there was a large difference in the probability of adverse events. The data showed statistical significance (p <0.05). In terms of nursing service score, group B was significantly higher than group A. The nursing service score was (76.1 ± 2.2) points, and the nursing service score of group B was (92.5 ± 3.2) points. Nursing service scores showed significant differences, and the data showed statistical significance (p <0.05).
Conclusion  : Detail management has high clinical application value in the safety care of children. It can improve the nursing satisfaction of relatives of children to a certain extent, reduce the occurrence of adverse events, and improve the nursing service score.
