健康教育在消化内科护理中的运用

摘要

目的 探讨在消化内科护理中健康教育的应用效果。方法 于本院2019年1月-2020年1月我院收治的消化内科患者中,随机选取74例为研究对象,根据护理干预方式的不同,将其分组展开实验。在两组患者临床护理中,医护人员按照以往常规护理模式,在符合护理管理制度的相关规定下,给予患者用药指导、病房环境护理、病情监测等基础护理服务。与对照组干预方式的不同之处在于,观察组患者另外增加使用健康教育。结果 从两组患者护理前后焦虑、抑郁评分和护理满意度各项观察指标的比较上来看,观察组的整体护理效果更好,指标差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 根据消化内科患者的身体、心理情况,于患者的活动、饮食以及心理各方面,分别开展相应的健康教育,能够改善患者住院治疗期间存在的焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,使其保持平和的心态,有利于各项护理、治疗工作的开展,提高患者的生活质量,达到良好的治疗效果。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application effect of health education in nursing of digestive medicine.
Methods: Among the gastroenterology patients admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020, 74 patients were randomly selected as the research subjects. According to different nursing intervention methods, they were divided into groups to conduct experiments. In the clinical nursing of the two groups of patients, medical staff provided basic nursing services such as medication guidance, ward environment nursing, and condition monitoring in accordance with the previous conventional nursing model and in compliance with the relevant regulations of the nursing management system. The difference from the intervention method of the control group is that patients in the observation group additionally use health education.
Results: From the comparison of the observation indexes of anxiety, depression scores and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing between the two groups of patients, the overall nursing effect of the observation group was better, and the difference in indicators was statistically significant (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : According to the physical and psychological conditions of the patients in the gastroenterology department, carrying out corresponding health education on the patient's activities, diet and psychological aspects can improve the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression during the hospitalization of the patient and keep them peaceful. Mentality is conducive to the development of various nursing and treatment work, improves the quality of life of patients, and achieves good treatment results.
