昏迷患者气管切开后ICU的呼吸道护理

摘要

目的 探讨ICU昏迷患者气管切开后的呼吸道护理方法和应用效果。方法 于本院2019年1月-2020年2月收治的ICU昏迷气管切开患者中，随机选取88例为研究对象，通过对以往的护理经验进行总结，根据患者的实际身体状况，制定针对性的呼吸道护理方案，观察最终的应用效果。结果 因疾病危重，未能抢救成功的患者共10例，对应比值为11.36%，其余患者经过抢救、治疗后，顺利度过急性期对应人数为67例，所占比值为76.14%，住院治疗期间，存在肺部感染的患者共12例，在各项治疗、护理工作的开展下，患者已经脱离生命危险，并且转移至普通病房，经过后期康复训练，患者均康复出院。结论 在ICU昏迷气管切开患者临床护理中，医护人员需严格按照相关护理制度的规定，合理开展各项基础护理工作，为确保患者呼吸顺畅，定时清理患者呼吸道分泌物，严密监测患者的呼吸状况，给予其针对性护理干预。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the respiratory tract nursing methods and application effects of ICU coma patients after tracheotomy.
Methods: Among the ICU coma tracheotomy patients admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020, 88 patients were randomly selected as the research object. By summarizing the previous nursing experience, according to the actual physical condition of the patient, formulate a targeted respiratory tract nursing plan, and observe the final application effect.
Results: Due to the critical illness, there were 10 patients who failed to rescue successfully, the corresponding ratio was 11.36%. After the rescue and treatment, the corresponding number of patients who successfully passed the acute phase was 67, accounting for 76.14%. During the period, there were a total of 12 patients with lung infections. Under the development of various treatments and nursing work, the patients have been out of danger and transferred to the general ward. After the post-rehabilitation training, the patients were all discharged.
Conclusion  : In the clinical nursing of ICU coma tracheotomy patients, medical staff should strictly follow the provisions of the relevant nursing system and carry out various basic nursing work reasonably. So as to give them targeted nursing interventions.
