护患沟通在神经外科护理中的应用

摘要
目的 对神经外科护理中护患沟通的应用价值进行研究,以期能够为神经外科护理人员开展工作提供一些参考。方法 本次实验共计选取本院2019年3月-2020年3月期间就诊的神经外科患者共计112例,通过掷硬币的方法将所选112例患者分为甲组及乙组,两组患者人数相同,每组56人。护理人员在实验过程中对甲组患者进行常规护理,对乙组患者进行常规护理联合护患沟通,对两组患者住院时间、护患纠纷出现情况及护理满意情况进行记录和对比。结果 在住院时间方面,乙组患者短于甲组患者,甲组患者住院时间为(6.7±2.7)天,乙组患者住院时间为(11.5±2.9)天,住院时间方面表现出较大差异,数据呈现统计学意义(p<0.05);在护患纠纷出现情况方面,甲组患者多于乙组患者,甲组患者护患纠纷出现几率为10.71%,乙组患者护患纠纷出现几率为1.79%,护理纠纷出现几率方面表现出较大差异,数据呈现统计学意义(p<0.05);在护理满意情况方面,乙组患者明显高于甲组患者,甲组患者护理满意度为83.93%,乙组患者护理满意度为98.21%,护理满意度方面表现出较大差异,数据呈现统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 在神经外科护理中护患沟通有着较高的临床应用价值,其能够在一定程度上缩短患者住院时间,减少护患纠纷的出现,促进患者护理满意度的提升。

Abstract
Objective: To study the application value of nurse-patient communication in neurosurgery nursing, so as to provide some reference for neurosurgery nurses to carry out their work. Methods: In this experiment, a total of 112 neurosurgery patients from March 2019 to March 2020 in our hospital were selected. The selected 112 patients were divided into group A and group B by coin flipping. The number is the same, 56 people in each group. During the experiment, the nursing staff conducted routine care for the patients in Group A, and conducted routine nursing combined with nurse-patient communication for the patients in Group B, and recorded and compared the hospitalization time, nurse-patient disputes and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients. Results: In terms of hospitalization time, the patients in group B were shorter than those in group A. The hospitalization time of patients in group A was (6.7 ± 2.7) days, and the hospitalization time of patients in group B was (11.5 ± 2.9) days. The data is statistically significant (p <0.05); in terms of the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes, there are more patients in group A than in group B. The probability of nurse-patient disputes in group A is 10.71%, and the probability of nurse-patient disputes in group B is 1.79%, there is a big difference in the probability of nursing disputes, the data is statistically significant (p <0.05); in terms of nursing satisfaction, the patients in group B are significantly higher than those in group A, and the satisfaction of patients in group A is 83.93%. The nursing satisfaction of patients in group B was 98.21%, and there was a big difference in nursing satisfaction. The data showed statistical significance (p <0.05). Conclusion : Nurse-patient communication has high clinical application value in neurosurgery nursing. It can shorten the hospitalization time of patients to a certain extent, reduce the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes, and promote the improvement of patient satisfaction.
