摘要
目的 对研究妇产科生殖器感染患者运用综合护理的临床效果，并详细阐述综合护理的具体实施方法。方法 抽取78例妇产科生殖器感染患者作为研究对象，患者选取时间段介于2019年2月到2019年10月期间，均符合研究标准。采用分组式结果分析，将患者按照1:1比例分为观察组（n=39例）与对照组（n=39例），研究期间需要护理人员做好记录工作，对照组妇产科生殖器感染患者运用常规护理方式，观察组妇产科生殖器感染患者运用常规护理方法，对比两组患者，生殖器感染护理有效率、生活质量。结果 观察组妇产科生殖器感染患者运用综合护理方式后生活质量为(88.69±7.23)分，对照组妇产科生殖系感染患者运用常规护理方式后生活质量评分为(76.18±6.45)分，观察组患者生活质量明显高于对照组，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。此外，观察组患者护理有效率为92.31%，相较于对照组妇产科生殖器感染患者护理有效率76.92%高，数据对比存在差异，具有实际统计意义。结论 妇产科生殖器感染患者应用综合护理方式可以有效提升治疗效果，促进生活质量的提高，具有较高的临床推广价值。

Abstract
Objective: To study the clinical effect of comprehensive care for patients with genital infection in obstetrics and gynecology, and elaborate on the specific implementation method of comprehensive care. Methods: 78 patients with genital infections in obstetrics and gynecology were selected as the research object. The patients were selected from February 2019 to October 2019, and they all met the research standards. Using grouped results analysis, the patients were divided into an observation group (n = 39 cases) and a control group (n = 39 cases) according to a 1: 1 ratio. During the study period, nursing staff needed to do a good job of recording. The patients used conventional nursing methods. Observation group obstetrics and gynecology patients with genital infections used conventional nursing methods. Comparing the two groups of patients, genital infections nursing efficiency and quality of life. Results: Observation group obstetrics and gynecology genital infection patients after using comprehensive care quality of life was (88.69 ± 7.23) points, control group obstetrics and gynecology reproductive system infection patients after using conventional care quality of life score was (76.18 ± 6.45) points. The quality of life of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the groups was significant (P <0.05). In addition, the effective rate of nursing care in the observation group was 92.31%, which was 76.92% higher than that in the control group for patients with genital infections. There is a difference in data comparison and it has practical statistical significance. Conclusion : The application of comprehensive nursing methods for patients with genital infection in obstetrics and gynecology can effectively improve the treatment effect, promote the improvement of quality of life, and has high clinical promotion value.
