Analysis of nursing measures of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy for infertility
宫腔镜联合腹腔镜手术治疗不孕不育症的护理措施分析

摘要

目的 综合探究宫腔镜联合腹腔镜手术治疗不孕不育症的护理临床效果。方法 随机性抽取我院2019年8月～2020年4月期间收治的76例不孕不育症患者作为研究主体，具体分为观察组与对照组，每组建制38例。观察组采用优质护理干预，对照组采用常规护理干预，比较两组患者的护理满意度以及生育功能恢复率。结果 实施相应护理措施前，两组患者的护理满意度以及生育功能恢复率比较差异并无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；实施相应护理措施后，两组患者的护理满意度以及生育功能恢复率比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 研究表明，对于不孕不育症而言，宫腔镜联合腹腔镜手术具有良好的治疗效果，且接受宫腔镜及腹腔镜手术的患者并采用优质护理措施的患者有效提升了护理满意度，同时增加了术后生育能力恢复率，因此值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective: To comprehensively explore the clinical effect of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of infertility.
Methods: 76 infertility patients admitted in our hospital from August 2019 to April 2020 were randomly selected as the main body of the study. They were specifically divided into an observation group and a control group, with 38 cases in each group. The observation group adopted high-quality nursing intervention and the control group adopted conventional nursing intervention to compare the nursing satisfaction and reproductive function recovery rate of the two groups of patients.
Results: Before implementing the corresponding nursing measures, there was no statistically significant difference in the nursing satisfaction and reproductive function recovery rate between the two groups of patients (P>0.05); after implementing the corresponding nursing measures, the nursing satisfaction and reproductive function recovery of the two groups The difference in rates was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Research shows that for infertility, hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopic surgery has a good therapeutic effect, and patients who undergo hysteroscopy and laparoscopic surgery and adopt high-quality nursing measures effectively improve nursing satisfaction Degree, while increasing postoperative fertility recovery rate, it is worth clinical promotion.
