Observation and nursing analysis of complications of continuous renal replacement therapy in children
儿童连续性肾脏替代疗法的并发症观察及护理分析

摘要

目的 探讨在儿童重症急性肾功能衰竭患者实施连续性肾脏替代疗法中常出现的并发症类型及相应的护理措施。方法 本次研究对象共16例，均选自我院接受治疗的重症急性肾功能衰竭患儿，时间为2018年10月-2020年5月，在患儿接受连续性肾脏替代疗法治疗过程中，将股静脉作为穿刺重点部位，为完成临时血管通路的建立，需采取规范性操作进行双腔导管的留置，呈连续性的状态，为患儿提供体位血液净化治疗。结果 本次研究所选患儿共5人出现并发症，具体的并发症类型为凝血、感染、出血和气体栓塞，并发症发生概率为31.25%。结论 接受连续性肾脏替代疗法的患儿在临床治疗中存在着较高的并发症发生风险，为确保患儿的治疗安全，科室内医护人员需加大患儿并发症预防及护理管理力度，尽早进行干预，提高临床治疗有效率。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the types of complications that often occur in continuous renal replacement therapy in children with severe acute renal failure and the corresponding nursing measures.
Methods: A total of 16 subjects in this study were selected from children with severe acute renal failure who were treated in our hospital from October 2018 to May 2020. During the course of the children receiving continuous renal replacement therapy, Regarding the femoral vein as the key part of puncture, in order to complete the establishment of temporary vascular access, a standardized operation is required to indwell the double-lumen catheter, which is in a continuous state, and provides postural blood purification treatment for children.
Results: A total of 5 children selected for this study had complications. The specific types of complications were coagulation, infection, bleeding and gas embolism. The probability of complications was 31.25%.
Conclusion  : Children receiving continuous renal replacement therapy have a higher risk of complications in clinical treatment. In order to ensure the safety of children's treatment, medical staff in the department need to strengthen the prevention and nursing management of children's complications. Intervene as soon as possible to improve the effectiveness of clinical treatment.
