The effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease
中医护理对老年高血压合并冠心病患者临床疗效和护理满意度的影响

摘要

目的 探究中医护理对老年高血压合并冠心病患者临床疗效和护理满意度的影响。方法 选取我院2019年3月-2020年3月收治的80例老年高血压合并冠心病患者，应用随机量表将患者分为对照组（n=40）和观察组（n=40），对照组患者开展常规护理，观察组患者开展中医护理，观察两组患者临床疗效及护理满意度影响。结果 经护理后，观察组患者总体健康、躯体疼痛、社会功能及情感职能等明显优于对照组，对比有差异（P<0.05）；且观察组患者的护理满意度明显优于对照组，对比有差异（P<0.05）。结论 中医护理在老年高血压合并冠心病患者中的应用，可以提高患者生活质量，提升其护理满意度，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.
Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected. The patients were divided into a control group (n=40) and an observation group (n=40) using a random scale. The patients in the observation group carried out routine nursing, and the patients in the observation group carried out traditional Chinese medicine nursing. The clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed.
Results After nursing, the overall health, physical pain, social function and emotional function of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, with a difference (P<0.05); and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. There are differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease can improve the quality of life of patients and enhance their nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
