摘要
对我院1例完全性膀胱外翻患儿进行手术治疗，并分析在围手术期的临床护理要点，即包括了术前护理和术后护理两部分，并指导患儿家属对其进行功能康复训练，在出院前给予出院指导，以促进患儿的身体恢复，改善其身体状况，提高预后效果。

Abstract
Perform surgical treatment on a child with complete bladder valgus in our hospital, and analyze the main points of clinical care during the perioperative period, including preoperative care and postoperative care, and guide the family members of the child to perform functional rehabilitation Training, giving discharge guidance before discharge, to promote the physical recovery of children, improve their physical condition, and improve the prognosis.
