Application of empathy nursing in patients with malignant tumors of oral and maxillofacial surgery
共情护理在口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤手术患者术后的应用

摘要

目的 探讨在口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤手术患者术后采取共情护理干预措施的应用效果。方法 本次研究对象共36例，均选自我院接受手术治疗的口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者，选取时间为2019年1月～2020年4月，根据临床护理方案的不同应用，将其分组展开实验。按照以往的护理路径，采用常规护理方案，对两组患者的饮食、体位各方面分别给予相应的护理服务。与对照组护理方式的不同之处在于，观察组另外增加使用共情护理干预措施。结果 从两组患者护理后生活质量评分、SAS评分、SDS评分以及患者的护理满意度各项指标的比较上来看，观察组患者的整体护理效果更好，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 共情护理的实施，遵循了以“患者为中心”的护理原则，从患者的角度出发，给予患者心理、生理等多方面的护理服务，可有效改善口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤手术患者的不良情绪和心理状态，生活质量提高，有利于临床治疗效果更好的发挥。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application effect of empathy nursing interventions after surgery for patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor surgery.
Methods: A total of 36 subjects in this study were selected from patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital. The selection period was from January 2019 to April 2020, and they were grouped according to different applications of clinical nursing programs. Expand the experiment. According to the previous nursing path, the conventional nursing program was adopted to provide corresponding nursing services to the diet and posture of the two groups of patients. The difference with the control group is that the observation group additionally uses empathetic nursing interventions.
Results: From the comparison of the quality of life score, SAS score, SDS score and patient's nursing satisfaction indexes of the two groups of patients, the overall nursing effect of the observation group was better, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : The implementation of empathetic nursing follows the "patient-centered" principle of nursing. From the perspective of the patient, giving the patient psychological, physiological and other aspects of nursing services can effectively improve the operation of patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor surgery Unhealthy moods and mental states, and improved quality of life, are conducive to better clinical treatment effects.
