摘要
目的 探讨在新生儿肺炎治疗过程中采用人性化护理的临床效果。方法 选取我院自2019年3月至2020年3月来就诊的48例患儿的临床资料，按照入院时间的先后顺序以及随机对照方式分为对照组与观察组，对照组患儿采用常规护理方式，观察组患儿采用人性化护理方式，对比两组患儿的临床效果。结果 对照组患儿临床有效率为75.00%、家属满意率为66.67%；而观察组患儿的临床有效率为100.00%，家属满意率为95.83%；差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；同时观察组患儿的愈合临床指标也优于对照组患儿。结论 对新生儿肺炎采用人性化护理可以提升临床治疗，提升患儿家长的护理满意度。

Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of humanized nursing in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia. Selection Methods: our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 to see a doctor the clinical data of 48 cases, according to chronological sequence of hospital and randomized into control group and observation group, control group with conventional nursing care, observation group with adopts humanized nursing method, compared the clinical effect of two groups of children. Results: The effective rate was 75.00% and the satisfaction rate was 66.67%. In the observation group, the clinical effective rate was 100.00% and the satisfaction rate of family members was 95.83%. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). At the same time, the clinical indicators of healing in the observation group were also better than those in the control group. Conclusion : Humanized nursing for neonatal pneumonia can improve clinical treatment, improve the satisfaction of the children's parents.
