健康教育在消化科护理中的应用

摘要

目的 对消化科护理中健康教育的应用效果进行研究,以期能够为消化科护理人员开展后续工作提供一些参考。方法 本次实验共计抽取本院2018年5月~2020年5月期间就诊的消化科患者260例,通过掷骰子的方法将所选患者分为甲组及乙组,两组患者人数一致,以130例患者为一组。在实验过程中,医护人员通过基础护理手段对甲组患者进行护理,通过基础护理联合健康教育对乙组患者进行护理,对两组患者护理知识掌握评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分进行记录和对比。结果 与甲组患者相比,乙组患者护理知识掌握评分较高,甲组患者护理知识掌握评分为(67.5±6.3)分,乙组患者护理知识掌握评分为(90.6±7.1)分,两组患者护理知识掌握评分之间表现出较大差异,数据呈现统计学意义(p<0.05);与甲组患者相比,乙组患者焦虑评分及抑郁评分较低,甲组患者焦虑评分及抑郁评分分别为(51.8±1.8)分及(49.2±3.8)分,乙组患者焦虑评分及抑郁评分分别为(45.4±2.3)分及(40.7±2.4)分,两组患者焦虑评分及抑郁评分方面表现出较大差异,数据呈现统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 在消化科护理中健康教育有着较好的效果,其能够在一定程度上提高患者护理知识掌握评分,降低患者焦虑评分及抑郁评分,具有较高的临床价值。

Abstract

Objective: To study the application effect of health education in gastroenterology nursing, in order to provide some reference for the follow-up work of gastroenterology nurses.
Methods: In this experiment, a total of 260 gastrointestinal patients from May 2018 to May 2020 in our hospital were selected, and the selected patients were divided into group A and group B by rolling the dice. The number of patients in the two groups was the same. Take 130 patients as a group. During the experiment, the medical staff nursed the patients in Group A through basic nursing methods, and the patients in Group B through basic nursing combined with health education. The nursing knowledge mastery scores, anxiety scores, and depression scores of the two groups were recorded and compared.
Results: Compared with the patients in group A, the patients in group B had a higher score of nursing knowledge mastery, the patients in group A had a score of (67.5±6.3) points, and the patients in group B had a score of (90.6±7.1) points. There was a big difference between the nursing knowledge control scores of the patients in the two groups, and the data showed statistical significance (p<0.05); compared with the patients in group A, the patients in group B had lower anxiety scores and depression scores, and the patients in group A had lower anxiety scores and depression The scores were (51.8±1.8) points and (49.2±3.8) points respectively. The anxiety scores and depression scores of group B patients were (45.4±2.3) points and (40.7±2.4) points respectively. There was a big difference, and the data showed statistical significance (p<0.05).
Conclusion  : Health education has a good effect in nursing in the gastroenterology department. It can improve the patient's nursing knowledge mastery score to a certain extent, reduce the patient's anxiety score and depression score, and has high clinical value.
