Evaluation of the improvement effect of psychological nursing on the emotional stress and quality of life of infertile patients
心理护理对不孕不育患者的情绪压力和生活质量研究改善效果评价

摘要

目的 探讨在不孕不育患者临床护理中采取心理护理干预对改善患者生活质量、减轻患者情绪压力两方面的应用效果。方法 本次研究对象选自我院收治的不孕不育患者，共112例，时间为2018年4月-2020年5月，根据临床护理方式的不同应用，将其分组展开实验。按照常规护理工作流程，于患者的饮食、用药、认知各方面分别提供相应的护理服务，并落实于对照组患者的临床护理当中，组内成员共56例。此外，应用常规护理+心理护理的观察组患者共55例。结果 从两组患者护理后SAS评分、SDS评分及患者生活质量评分比较上来看，观察组患者的整体护理效果更好，指标差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 给予不孕不育患者更多心理方面的护理，可有效调整患者的负面情绪，减轻自身的心理压力，促使患者积极接受治疗，拥有一个良好的生活状态，达到良好的预后效果。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application effect of psychological nursing intervention in clinical nursing of infertility patients on improving the quality of life of patients and reducing the emotional pressure of patients.
Methods: The subjects of this study were selected from infertility patients admitted to our hospital, a total of 112 cases, from April 2018 to May 2020, according to the different applications of clinical nursing methods, they were divided into groups to carry out the experiment. In accordance with the routine nursing work process, corresponding nursing services were provided in the aspects of patients' diet, medication, and cognition, and implemented in the clinical nursing of patients in the control group. There were 56 patients in the group. In addition, there were 55 patients in the observation group who applied routine care + psychological care.
Results: From the comparison of SAS score, SDS score and patient quality of life score between the two groups of patients after nursing, the overall nursing effect of the observation group was better, and the index difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Giving more psychological care to patients with infertility can effectively adjust the patients' negative emotions, reduce their own psychological pressure, and encourage patients to actively receive treatment, have a good living condition, and achieve good prognosis.
