Application and effect of nursing risk management in nursing of critical patients in respiratory department
护理风险管理在呼吸科危重症患者护理中的应用与效果

摘要

目的 综合探究护理风险管理在护理科危重症患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法 回顾性选取我院2019年7月-2020年3月由呼吸科收治的90例危重症患者作为研究主体，利用数字奇偶性将其具体分为观察组与对照组，观察组建制44，对照组建制46例。对照组采用常规护理措施，观察组则在常规护理措施的基础上实施护理风险管理，对比两组患者的临床护理效果。结果 实施相应护理措施前，两组患者的临床护理效果比较差异较小，并无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；实施相应护理措施后，两组患者的临床护理效果比较差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 研究表明，护理风险管理在呼吸科危重症患者的临床护理工作中应用效果较为显著，且有效提升了呼吸科整体的护理服务质量，切实降低患者相关并发症的发生概率，因此值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective: To comprehensively explore the effect of nursing risk management in clinical nursing of critically ill patients in nursing department.
Methods: Retrospectively selected 90 critically ill patients admitted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine from July 2019 to March 2020 in our hospital as the main body of the study, and divided them into an observation group and a control group using digital parity. The control group had 46 cases. The control group adopts conventional nursing measures, and the observation group implements nursing risk management based on the conventional nursing measures, and compares the clinical nursing effects of the two groups of patients.
Results: Before the implementation of the corresponding nursing measures, the clinical nursing effects of the two groups of patients were relatively small, with no statistical significance (P> 0.05); after the implementation of the corresponding nursing measures, the clinical nursing effects of the two groups of patients were significantly different, with statistics academic significance (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : Research shows that the application of nursing risk management in the clinical nursing of critically ill patients in respiratory department is more effective, and it effectively improves the overall quality of nursing services in the respiratory department, and effectively reduces the probability of patient-related complications.
