摘要
社会经济的飞速发展为我国医疗事业的创新与改革提供了良好的物质保障，同时部分西方先进国家的技术理念的流入又为国内医学临床的研发工作供应了强有力的理论依据。因此，医疗事业的创新发展得到了物质与理论上的双重支持，社会经济提高了人们的生活水平，从而人们对临床护理提出了更高的服务标准。基于此，本文针对当前医学领域中医院各科室的综合服务水准进行研究分析，共同探讨存在于医疗事业创新发展过程中的部分问题并制定有效的解决措施。

Abstract
The rapid development of the social economy has provided a good material guarantee for the innovation and reform of China's medical undertakings. At the same time, the influx of technological ideas from some western advanced countries has also provided a strong theoretical basis for domestic medical clinical research and development. Therefore, the innovative development of the medical industry has received both material and theoretical support, and the social economy has improved people's living standards, thereby raising higher standards of service for clinical care. Based on this, this paper conducts research and analysis on the comprehensive service level of each department of the hospital in the current medical field, and discusses some of the problems that exist in the process of innovation and development of the medical industry and formulates effective solutions.
