Application of humanized nursing model in nursing of patients with liver disease
人性化护理模式在肝病患者护理中的应用

摘要

目的 对肝病患者护理中人性化护理模式的应用价值进行研究。方法 本次实验共计抽取230例本院2018年5月～2020年5月期间接受治疗的肝病患者，通过掷骰子的方法将所选患者分为甲组及乙组，甲乙两组患者人数一致，以115例患者为一组。护理人员在实验过程中通过一般护理手段对甲组患者进行护理，通过人性化护理模式对乙组患者进行护理，对两组患者护理满意评分、生活质量评分及顺应性进行记录和对比。结果 与甲组患者相比，乙组患者护理满意评分较高，甲组患者护理满意评分为（76.7±5.2）分，乙组患者护理满意评分为（94.4±3.8）分，甲乙两组患者护理满意评分之间表现出一定的差异，数据呈现统计学意义（p＜0.05）；与甲组患者相比，乙组患者生活质量评分较高，甲组患者生活质量评分为（80.1±6.1）分，乙组患者生活质量评分为（92.5±5.4）分，甲乙两组患者生活质量评分方面表现出一定的差异，数据呈现统计学意义（p＜0.05）；与甲组患者相比，乙组患者顺应性较高，甲组患者顺应性为77.39%，乙组患者顺应性为96.52%，甲乙两组患者顺应性方面表现出一定的差异，数据呈现统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论 在肝病患者护理中人性化护理模式有着较好的效果，其能够在一定程度上提高患者护理满意评分，促进患者生活质量评分及顺应性的提升，具有较高的临床价值。

Abstract

Objective: To study the application value of humanized nursing model in the nursing of patients with liver diseases.
Methods: A total of 230 patients with liver disease who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected in this experiment. The selected patients were divided into Group A and Group B by rolling the dice. The number of patients in Group A and B was the same , With 115 patients as a group. During the experiment, the nurses took care of the patients in Group A through general nursing methods, and took care of the patients in Group B through the humanized nursing mode. The nursing satisfaction score, quality of life score and compliance of the two groups were recorded and compared.

Conclusion  : The humanized nursing model has a good effect in the care of patients with liver diseases. It can improve the patient's nursing satisfaction score to a certain extent, promote the patient's quality of life score and compliance, and has high clinical value.
