优质护理在神经外科护理中的应用体会

摘要
目的 分析在神经外科护理工作中应用优质护理的临床价值。方法 将70例患有神经内科疾病的患者作为本次实验的研究对象，经诊断后证实为神经系统性疾病，风险性较大。在患者入组后使用随机数字法将70例患者分配为两组，一组为对照组，使用常规护理，另一组为观察组，使用优质护理，每组35例患者，对比护理质量评分及患者满意度。结果 经试验后调查分析来看，应用优质护理的观察组，环境护理、心理护理、生理护理、饮食护理、康复锻炼等方面评分无明显统计学意义，（P＜0.05）。其次，观察组中十分满意、满意、不满意患者例数分别为21例、13例、1例，满意度97.14%；对照组十分满意17例，满意12例，不满意6例，满意度82.85%，观察组满意度更高于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 在神经外科护理工作中应用优质护理效果极佳，可有效提升护理针对性并提高护理质量。

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the clinical value of applying high-quality nursing in neurosurgery nursing. Methods: 70 patients with neurological diseases were taken as the research object of this experiment. After diagnosis, they were confirmed to be neurological diseases, with a greater risk. After the patients were enrolled, 70 patients were divided into two groups using random number method, one group was the control group, using routine nursing, and the other group was the observation group, using high quality nursing, 35 patients in each group, comparing the nursing quality score and Patient satisfaction. Results: According to the investigation and analysis after the test, the observation group applying high-quality nursing has no significant statistical significance in environmental nursing, psychological nursing, physiological nursing, dietary nursing, and rehabilitation exercises (P<0.05). Secondly, the number of very satisfied, satisfied and dissatisfied patients in the observation group were 21, 13 and 1 respectively, with a satisfaction rate of 97.14%; the control group was very satisfied with 17 cases, 12 satisfied, 6 dissatisfied and 82.85 %, the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion : The application of high-quality nursing in the neurosurgery nursing work is very effective, which can effectively improve the pertinence of nursing and improve the quality of nursing.
