摘要
目的 消化内科常见不合理用药问题，并探讨合理用药措施。方法 抽取在我院消化内科治疗的患者作为研究对象，患者抽取时间段介于2018年1月到2019年6月期间，共计800例。运用回顾性分析法，对该800例患者用药状况进行分析，根据药理与病情不符合、因药效发生拮抗作用出现不良反应、重复用药、过量使用抑酸药物以及抗生素不合理使用此些因素进行分析，计算患者不合理用药的占比。结果 在800里消化内科患者中有160例出现用药不合理状况，占总患者人数的20%。其中，过量使用抑酸药物占比例最高，总共有52例患者，在患者人数的32.5%。抗生素不合理使用人数为44例，在患者人数的27.5%。结论 消化内科常见不合理用药原因有药理与病情不符合、因药效发生拮抗作用出现不良反应、重复用药、过量使用抑酸药物以及抗生素不合理使用等，严重影响治疗效果，需要科室对此些不合理用药问题进行分析，规范消化内科用药。

Abstract
Objective: Common irrational medication problems in the Department of Gastroenterology and discuss reasonable medication measures. Methods: The patients who were treated in the Department of Gastroenterology in our hospital were selected as the research object. The patients were selected from January 2018 to June 2019, a total of 800 patients. Using a retrospective analysis method, the drug status of 800 patients was analyzed, based on pharmacological and medical conditions, adverse effects due to antagonism of drug efficacy, repeated medication, excessive use of acid-suppressing drugs, and unreasonable use of antibiotics.Analyze and calculate the proportion of unreasonable medication used by patients. Results: Of the 800 patients in the Department of Gastroenterology, 160 patients experienced unreasonable medication, accounting for 20% of the total number of patients. Among them, overuse of acid-suppressing drugs accounted for the highest proportion, with a total of 52 patients, accounting for 32.5% of the total number of patients. The number of unreasonable use of antibiotics is 44 cases, which is 27.5% of the total number of patients. Conclusion : Common reasons for unreasonable medication in the Gastroenterology include pharmacological and medical conditions, adverse reactions due to antagonistic effects of drug effects, repeated medication, excessive use of acid-suppressive drugs and unreasonable use of antibiotics, etc., which seriously affect the treatment effect and it require the department to deal with those unreasonable medication problems then standardize digestive medicine.
