心内科重症监护室患者心理特点及护理方法探讨

摘要

目的 对心内科重症监护室患者心理特点及护理方法进行研究,以期能够为心内科重症监护室护理人员开展后续工作提供一些参考。方法 本次实验共计抽取本院2018年5月~2020年5月期间就诊的心内科重症监护室患者250例,通过掷硬币的方法将所选患者分为甲组及乙组,两组患者人数一致,以此125例患者为一组。在实验过程中,护理人员通过基础护理手段对甲组患者进行护理,通过人性化护理手段对乙组患者进行护理,对两组患者顺应性、并发症出现情况及护理满意情况评分进行记录和对比。结果 与甲组患者相比,乙组患者顺应性较高,两组患者顺应性方面表现出一定的差异,数据呈现统计学意义(p<0.05);与甲组患者相比,乙组患者并发症出现几率较低,两组患者并发症出现几率方面表现出一定的差异,数据呈现统计学意义(p<0.05);与甲组患者相比,乙组患者护理满意评分较高,两组患者护理满意评分方面表现出一定的差异,数据呈现出统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 焦虑、恐惧等心理在心内科重症监护室患者中较为常见,这种情况下,人性化护理在心内科重症监护室患者护理中有着较好的效果,其能够在一定程度上提高患者的顺应性,减少并发症的出现,促进患者护理满意评分的提升,减轻患者的心理负担。

Abstract

Objective: T o study the psychological characteristics and nursing methods of patients in the intensive care unit of the cardiology department, so as to provide some reference for the follow-up work of the nursing staff in the intensive care unit of the cardiology department.
Methods: In this experiment, a total of 250 patients in the cardiology intensive care unit of our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected. The selected patients were divided into Group A and Group B by coin flipping. The number is the same, with 125 patients as a group. During the experiment, the nursing staff took care of the patients in Group A through basic nursing methods, and took care of the patients in Group B through humanized nursing methods, and recorded and compared the compliance, complication and nursing satisfaction scores of the patients in the two groups. .
Results: Compared with the patients in group A, the patients in group B had higher compliance, and the compliance between the two groups showed a certain difference, and the data showed statistical significance (p<0.05); compared with the patients in group A, the patients in group B The probability of complications is low, and the two groups of patients show a certain difference in the probability of complications. The data are statistically significant (p<0.05); compared with the patients in group A, the patients in group B have a higher nursing satisfaction score, the two groups The patient's nursing satisfaction score showed a certain difference, and the data showed statistical significance (p<0.05).
Conclusion  : Psychology such as anxiety and fear are more common in patients in cardiology intensive care unit. In this case, humanized nursing has a better effect in the care of patients in cardiology intensive care unit, which can improve the patient's compliance to a certain extent., Reduce the occurrence of complications, promote the improvement of patient satisfaction score, and reduce the psychological burden of patients.
