摘要
目的 研究优质护理服务在急诊科护理中的使用效果。方法 本次研究开始时间为2019年1月,结束时间为2019年12月,需要选取78例急诊科患者进行研究,患者均自愿参与研究,符合本次研究标准。采用等分制研究,对照组(n=39例)急诊科患者运用常规护理方式,观察组(n=39例)急诊科患者采用优质护理方式,研究期间需要护理人员做好记录工作,重点记录患者护理满意度、SAS以及SDS评分。结果 观察组急诊科患者SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组患者,两组研究数据差异度高(P<0.05)。结论 对急诊科患者实施优质护理服务,可以有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁不良情绪,提高护理满意度,对患者疾病恢复具有积极意义。

Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of high-quality nursing services in emergency department nursing. Methods: The study started in January 2019 and ended in December 2019. 78 patients in the emergency department were selected for the study. All patients voluntarily participated in the study and met the research criteria. Adopting an equally divided study, the control group (n=39 cases) emergency department patients used conventional nursing methods, and the observation group (n=39 cases) emergency department patients used high-quality nursing methods. During the study period, nursing staff needed to make records and key records Patient care satisfaction, SAS and SDS scores. Results: The SAS and SDS scores of the emergency department patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and there was a high degree of difference in the research data between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion : The implementation of high-quality nursing services for patients in the emergency department can effectively improve patients' anxiety, depression and unhealthy mood, improve nursing satisfaction, and have positive significance for patients' recovery from illness.
