产科剖宫产手术术中护理对策研究

摘要
目的 探究产科剖宫产手术术中的护理对策；方法 此次研究选择2018年3月到2020年3月在我院进行剖宫产的产妇58例，根据随机对照原则分成试验组和对照组，每组29例，在整个生产过程中，对照组患者采用常规护理模式，试验组患者采用舒适护理模式，护理结束后，比较两组产妇的生活质量、护理满意度，以及产妇术后并发症的发生率；结果 试验组产妇的护理满意度（93.10%）高于对照组产妇（82.76%），差异明显有统计学意义（p<0.05），试验组产妇的并发症发生率（6.90%）低于对照组产妇（17.24%），同时试验组产妇生活质量评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在产妇剖宫产的手术过程中，采用舒适护理，能够有效提高产妇术后的生活质量，提高护理满意度，减少产妇并发症的发生，整体的临床效果显著。

Abstract
Objective: To explore the nursing countermeasures in obstetrics and cesarean section operation; Methods: this study choose in March 2018 to March 2020 in our hospital cesarean delivery of maternal 58 cases, in accordance with the principle of randomized divided into experimental group and the control group, each group of 29 cases, in the whole process, the control group were treated by routine nursing mode, experimental group were treated by comfortable nursing mode, nursing, after comparing two groups of women's quality of life, satisfaction with care, and the incidence of complications after ChanFuShu; Results: the experimental group of maternal care satisfaction (93.10%) than the control group (82.76%), maternal significant difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05), the experimental group of maternal complications (6.90%) is lower than the control group (17.24%), maternal maternal quality of life score significantly higher than the control group and test group, the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). Conclusion : Comfort nursing can effectively improve the quality of life after caesarean section, improve nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of maternal complications, the overall clinical effect is significant.
