摘要

目的 分析在创伤骨科护理管理中应用疼痛管理的临床价值。方法 在开展本次对照实验前，于我院创伤骨科中选取80例患者作为研究对象，因交通事故、高处坠落等多种原因而导致骨骼创伤，需接受手术治疗，均符合参与实验的标准。同时，在患者入组后，将其随机分配为了使用不同护理管理方法的两组，分别为对照组和观察组，一组40例患者，分别使用常规护理、疼痛管理，并对比患者入院接受护理干预后的VAS疼痛评分变化、平均住院时间以及满意度。结果 通过本次对照实验分析来看，使用疼痛管理的观察组，患者在入院后24h、72h其疼痛情况得到了明显改善，且住院时间更短于对照组，数据间存在明显统计学意义，（P＜0.05）。其次，观察组中，十分满意、一般满意患者例数分别为24例、16例，无不满意患者，满意度为100%；而反观使用常规护理的对照组，十分满意、一般满意、不满意患者例数分别为20例、13例、7例，满意度82.5%，明显低于观察组，（P＜0.05）。结论 将疼痛管理应用于创伤骨科护理管理工作中效果显著，对缓解患者疼痛感、促进患者快速康复有重要作用。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the clinical value of pain management in the nursing management of trauma and orthopedics.
Methods: Before carrying out this controlled experiment, 80 patients were selected from the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics of our hospital as the research object. The bone trauma caused by various reasons such as traffic accidents and falling from height required surgical treatment, which were in line with the participation in the experiment. standard. At the same time, after the patients were enrolled, they were randomly assigned to two groups using different nursing management methods, namely the control group and the observation group. A group of 40 patients used conventional care and pain management respectively, and compared the patients admitted to the hospital for nursing care Changes in VAS pain score, average length of stay and satisfaction after intervention.
Results: According to the analysis of this controlled experiment, in the observation group using pain management, the patient's pain situation was significantly improved 24h and 72h after admission, and the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group. Secondly, in the observation group, the number of patients who were very satisfied and generally satisfied were 24 and 16 respectively. There were no dissatisfied patients, and the satisfaction rate was 100%. In contrast, the control group who used conventional care showed very satisfied, generally satisfied, and dissatisfied patients. The number of cases were 20, 13 and 7 respectively, and the satisfaction degree was 82.5%, which was significantly lower than that of the observation group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The application of pain management in the nursing management of trauma and orthopedics has a significant effect, and it plays an important role in alleviating the pain of patients and promoting the rapid recovery of patients.
