Value analysis of targeted nursing in promoting the rehabilitation of joint stiffness after limb fracture
针对性护理在促进四肢骨折后关节僵硬康复中的价值分析

摘要

目的 对针对性护理在促进四肢骨折后关节僵硬康复中的应用价值进行研究。方法 本次实验时间为2018年11月-2020年8月，实验对象为四肢骨折后关节僵硬患者，实验人数共计54人。对所选患者进行分组，对照组患者为奇数编号，实验组患者为偶数编号，利用一般护理手段对对照组患者进行护理，利用针对性护理手段对实验组患者进行护理，对两组患者关节功能恢复情况、护理满意情况、住院时间进行分析和对比。结果 展开分析本次实验，实验组患者关节功能恢复优良率有着较大幅度的提升，分别为92.59%及74.07%，两组患者关节功能恢复优良率之间差异突出，（p＜0.05）；对本次实验进行系统的分析，实验组患者护理满意度有着较大幅度的提升，分别为96.30%及70.37%，两组患者护理满意度之间差异突出，（p＜0.05）；对本次实验展开分析，实验组患者住院时间有着较大幅度的缩减，分别为（8.2±2.4）天及（5.1±2.1）天，两组患者住院时间方面差异凸显，（p＜0.05）。结论 针对性护理在促进四肢骨折后关节僵硬康复中有着较高的应用价值，其在促进患者关节功能恢复优良率及护理满意度提升、缩短患者住院时间方面效果较为理想。

Abstract

Objective: To study the application value of targeted nursing in promoting the rehabilitation of joint stiffness after limb fractures.
Methods: The experiment time was from November 2018 to August 2020. The subjects were patients with joint stiffness after limb fractures. The total number of participants was 54. The selected patients are divided into groups. The control group has an odd number and the experimental group has an even number. The control group is treated with general nursing methods, and the experimental group is treated with targeted nursing methods. The joint function of the two groups of patients The recovery status, nursing satisfaction status, and length of hospital stay were analyzed and compared. Result: The analysis of this experiment showed that the excellent and good rate of joint function recovery of the experimental group of patients was greatly improved, which were 92.59% and 74.07% respectively. The difference between the two groups of patients in the good and good rate of joint function recovery was prominent, (p<0.05); A systematic analysis of this experiment showed that the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group of patients has been greatly improved, respectively, 96.30% and 70.37%, the difference between the two groups of patients in nursing satisfaction is prominent, (p<0.05); According to the analysis of the experiment, the hospitalization time of patients in the experimental group was significantly reduced, respectively (8.2±2.4) days and (5.1±2.1) days. The difference in hospitalization time between the two groups was significant, (p<0.05).
Conclusion  : Targeted nursing has high application value in promoting the recovery of joint stiffness after limb fractures. It has an ideal effect in promoting the recovery of joint function of patients, increasing nursing satisfaction, and shortening the length of hospitalization.
