过敏性肺炎致大咯血患者的护理研究

摘要

目的 对过敏性肺炎致大咳血患者的护理方案及效果进行研究。方法 本次实验时间为2017年3月-2020年3月，实验对象为过敏性肺炎致大咳血患者，实验人数共计26人，通过掷硬币的方法将所选患者分为甲乙两组，两组患者均有13人。护理人员在对甲组患者进行护理时仅采取常规护理手段，在对乙组患者进行护理时采取综合护理手段，在实验中应对两组患者生活质量评分、护理满意情况及治疗时长进行记录和对比。结果 在生活质量评分方面，乙组患者生活质量评分远远高于甲组患者，甲组患者生活质量评分为（68.9±6.9）分，乙组患者生活质量评分为（91.4±7.1）分，生活质量评分方面表现出较大差异，数据呈现统计学意义（p＜0.05）；在护理满意情况方面，乙组患者相比甲组患者较高，甲组患者护理满意度为76.92%，乙组患者护理满意度为92.31%，护理满意度方面表现出较大差异，数据呈现统计学意义（p＜0.05）；在治疗时长方面，乙组患者与甲组患者相比较短，甲组患者治疗时长为（9.3±2.1）天，乙组患者治疗时长为（7.1±1.4）天，治疗时长方面表现出较大差异，数据呈现统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论 在过敏性肺炎致大咳血患者护理中综合护理有着较好的效果，其能够在一定程度上提高患者生活质量及护理满意度，缩短患者治疗时长，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective: To study the nursing plan and effect of patients with massive hemoptysis caused by allergic pneumonia.
Methods: This experiment was conducted from March 2017 to March 2020. The subjects were all patients with massive hemoptysis caused by allergic pneumonia. The total number of the experiment was 26. The selected patients were divided into two groups by coin flipping. There were 13 patients in both groups. Nursing staff only used conventional nursing methods when caring for group A patients, and adopted comprehensive nursing methods when caring for group B patients. In the experiment, the two groups of patients should be recorded and compared with the quality of life score, nursing satisfaction, and treatment duration.
Results: In terms of quality of life score, the quality of life score of group B patients was much higher than that of group A patients. The quality of life score of group A patients was (68.9 ± 6.9) points, and the quality of life score of group B patients was (91.4 ± 7.1) points. The quality of life score showed a big difference, and the data showed statistical significance (p <0.05); in terms of nursing satisfaction, the patients in group B were higher than those in group A, and the nursing satisfaction of patients in group A was 76.92%. while group B was 92.31%, and there was a big difference in nursing satisfaction, the data showed statistical significance (p <0.05); in terms of treatment duration, the patients in group B were shorter than those in group A, and the treatment time in group A was (9.3 ± 2.1) days, and the treatment duration of group B patients was (7.1 ± 1.4) days. The treatment duration showed a large difference, and the data showed statistical significance (p <0.05).
Conclusion  : Comprehensive nursing has a good effect in the nursing of patients with massive hemoptysis caused by allergic pneumonia. It can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients to a certain extent, shorten the treatment time of patients, and has high clinical application value.
