摘要
目的 对心胸外科护理的临床隐患与安全对策应用价值进行研究。方法 本次实验时间为2018年1月-2019年12月，实验对象为心胸外科患者，实验人数为132例，依据入院时间划分对照组及实验组。在2018年1月至2018年12月期间采取常规护理方案，2019年1月初，在充分分析心胸外科护理临床隐患的基础上，采取针对性护理方案对患者实施护理，对不同时间段患者护理风险事件出现情况、患者满意情况进行分析和对比。结果 对本次实验展开分析，实验组患者护理风险事件出现概率有着较大幅度的下降，10.61%显著高于3.03%，护理风险事件出现概率方面差异显著，（p＜0.05）；分析本次实验，实验组患者护理满意度提升较为明显，95.45%远远高于83.33%，护理满意度间有较大差异，（p＜0.05）。结论 对心胸外科护理的临床隐患进行细致的分析，并采取针对性的安全对策进行防范，能够在一定程度上减少护理风险事件的出现，促进患者护理满意度的提升。

Abstract
Objective: To study the clinical hidden dangers of cardiothoracic surgery and the application value of safety measures. Methods: The experiment time was from January 2018 to December 2019. The subjects were cardiothoracic surgery patients and the number of subjects was 132. The control group and the experimental group were divided according to the time of admission. From January 2018 to December 2018, we will adopt a routine nursing plan. At the beginning of January 2019, based on a full analysis of the clinical hidden dangers of cardiothoracic surgery, we will adopt a targeted nursing plan to care for patients and take care of patients at different time periods. Analysis and comparison of incidents and patient satisfaction. Results: The analysis of this experiment showed that the occurrence probability of nursing risk events in the experimental group was significantly reduced, 10.61% was significantly higher than 3.03%, and the probability of nursing risk events was significantly different (p<0.05); analysis of this time In the experiment, the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group patients has improved significantly, 95.45% is much higher than 83.33%, and there is a big difference in nursing satisfaction (p<0.05). Conclusion : A detailed analysis of the clinical hidden dangers of cardiothoracic surgery and prevention by targeted safety measures can reduce the occurrence of nursing risk events to a certain extent and promote the improvement of patient care satisfaction.
