创伤骨科患者中医护理体会

摘要

目的 分析在创伤骨科护理工作中应用中医护理的临床价值。方法 本次对照实验中共选取研究对象68例，均为存在创伤性骨科病症的患者，包括有骨盆骨折、股骨骨折等，存在不同程度的疼痛感，符合入组标准。入组后将患者随机分配为两组，一组为使用常规护理的对照组和使用中医护理的观察组，每组34例患者，并对比不同护理模式下患者肢体功能恢复情况以及SF-36评分、ADL评分。结果 首先，在护理干预后，应用中医护理的观察组，肢体功能完全恢复15例，基本恢复17例，未恢复2例，恢复率94.11%；对照组完全恢复、基本恢复、未恢复患者例数分别为12例、14例、8例，恢复率76.47%，观察组患者肢体功能恢复率明显高于对照组，（P＜0.05）。其次，在护理干预后两组患者的SF-36评分、ADL评分均得到了明显改善，与对照组间存在统计学意义，（P＜0.05）。结论 将中医护理应用于创伤骨科护理工作中可有效促进肢体功能康复，对提升患者预后生活质量有积极作用。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the clinical value of applying TCM nursing in trauma and orthopedic nursing.
Methods: A total of 68 subjects were selected in this controlled experiment, all patients with traumatic orthopedic diseases, including pelvic fractures, femoral fractures, etc., with varying degrees of pain, which met the criteria for inclusion. After enrollment, the patients were randomly assigned to two groups, one group was a control group using conventional care and an observation group using traditional Chinese medicine care, with 34 patients in each group, and the patients' limb function recovery and SF-36 score under different care modes were compared. , ADL score.
Results: First of all, after the nursing intervention, in the observation group applying TCM nursing, 15 cases of limb function recovered completely, 17 cases basically recovered, 2 cases did not recover, the recovery rate was 94.11%; the control group completely recovered, basically recovered, and did not recover. The numbers were 12, 14, and 8, respectively, and the recovery rate was 76.47%. The recovery rate of limb function of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Secondly, after the nursing intervention, the SF-36 score and ADL score of the two groups of patients were significantly improved, which was statistically significant with the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the nursing work of trauma and orthopedics can effectively promote the rehabilitation of limb function and have a positive effect on improving the prognosis of patients' quality of life.
