人性化干预措施在耳鼻喉科连台手术患者术前护理的应用研究

摘要

目的 对耳鼻喉科连台手术患者术前护理中人性化干预措施的应用价值进行研究。方法 本次实验对象为耳鼻喉科连台手术患者,实验时间集中在2017年4月-2020年7月,共计86例患者参与本次实验中来。对耳鼻喉科连台手术患者进行编号处理,依据编号奇偶性确定对照组及实验组患者。通过基础护理模式对对照组患者进行护理,通过人性化干预措施对实验组患者进行护理,对两组患者护理满意情况、患者顺应性、抑郁及焦虑评分进行分析及对比。结果 展开分析本次实验,实验组患者护理满意度上升幅度远远大于对照组患者,两组数据之间差异凸显,(p<0.05);系统分析本次实验,实验组患者顺应性上升幅度远远大于对照组患者,两组数据之间差异凸显,(p<0.05);对本次实验进行系统的分析,实验组患者抑郁及焦虑评分下降幅度远远大于对照组患者,两组数据之间差异凸显,(p<0.05)。结论 在耳鼻喉科连台手术患者术前护理中人性化干预措施有着较为显著的应用效果,其在提高患者护理满意度及顺应性、降低患者抑郁及焦虑评分方面发挥着较为突出的作用。

Abstract

Objective: To study the application value of humanized interventions in preoperative care of patients with consecutive operations in the Department of Otolaryngology.
Methods: The subjects of this experiment were patients with ENT surgery. The experiment time was concentrated from April 2017 to July 2020. A total of 86 patients participated in this experiment. The number of patients with consecutive operations in the Department of Otolaryngology was processed, and the patients in the control group and the experimental group were determined according to the parity of the numbers. The patients in the control group were nursed through the basic nursing model, and the patients in the experimental group were nursed through humanized intervention measures. The care satisfaction, patient compliance, depression and anxiety scores of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Result: Analyzing this experiment, the increase in nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group is much greater than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups of data is prominent, (p<0.05); systematically analyzing this experiment, the increase in compliance of the experimental group is It is much larger than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups of data is prominent, (p<0.05); the systematic analysis of this experiment shows that the depression and anxiety scores of the experimental group are much greater than those of the control group. The difference between them is prominent, (p<0.05).
Conclusion  : Humanized interventions have significant application effects in the preoperative care of patients with consecutive operations in the Department of Otolaryngology, and they play a prominent role in improving patient care satisfaction and compliance, and reducing patient depression and anxiety scores.
