日间病房在放射治疗科的合理应用及护理管理

摘要

目的 分析日间病房在放射治疗科的合理应用及护理管理措施。方法 选取时间段为2018年5月～2019年2月期间，于我院放射科接受治疗的日间病房患者共计72例，将其作为本次实验的研究对象，并在入组后按照护理管理方式的不同进行随机分组，一组为实施常规护理的对照组，一组为实施综合护理管理的观察组，每组患者均为36例，将两组患者的并发症、不良反应发生率以及对护理工作的满意度进行对比分析。结果 观察组并发症发生率和不良反应发生率分别为5.55%、2.77%，对照组分别为19.44%、13.88%，观察组明显优于对照组，（P＜0.05）。此外，对比两组患者的满意度，观察组为97.22%，对照组为86.11%，观察组明显更佳，（P＜0.05）。结论 对于放射治疗科患者来说，加强对日间病房的护理管理，有助于治疗效果的提升，降低患者并发症和不良反应的发生率，同时还有助于患者满意度的提高，具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the rational application and nursing management measures of the day ward in the radiotherapy department.
Methods: The selected time period is from May 2018 to February 2019. A total of 72 patients in the day ward who received treatment in the radiology department of our hospital were selected as the research object of this experiment, and after enrollment in accordance with the different nursing management methods Randomized grouping.
