Carolina关怀模式是由北卡罗来纳大学医院开发的一种护理服务模式，通过应用Swanson关怀理论，达到最终改善患者结局，提高患者满意度的行为。本文通过对Carolina关怀模式背景、内涵及应用的阐述，以期为我国临床护理服务模式的开展提供新的实践方案和借鉴模式。
The Carolina Care Model is a nursing service model proposed by the University of North Carolina Hospital. By applying the Swanson Care Theory, it can ultimately improve patient outcomes and satisfaction . This article expounds the background, connotation and application of Carolina's care model, with a view to providing a new practical plan and reference model for the development of clinical nursing service model in China.
