摘要
目的 探讨音乐疗法对急性心肌梗死患者行PCI术患者伤口疼痛的临床效果。方法 采用便利抽样，选取2020年2月~8月在我院行急诊PCI术植入支架后入住CCU的患者。将2020年2月~5月的30例患者纳入实验组，2020年6月~8月的30例患者纳入对照组，分别行常规护理和音乐疗法，将两组患者对疼痛数字评分量表（NRS）、舒适状况量表（GCQ）、CCU患者护理满意度调查表的分值进行比较。结果 干预后实验组术后疼痛数字评分量表（NRS）评分低于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。实验组舒适状况量表（GCQ）评分、CCU患者护理满意度调查表均高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 音乐疗法能有效缓解PCI术患者伤口疼痛，提高患者舒适度，提升患者满意度。

Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of music therapy on wound pain in patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing PCI. Methods: Convenience sampling was used to select the patients who were admitted to CCU after emergency PCI and stent implantation in our hospital from February to August 2020.30 patients from February to may in 2020 were included in the experimental group, and 30 patients from June to August in 2020 were included in the control group. They were given routine nursing and music therapy respectively. The scores of NRs, GCQ and CCU nursing satisfaction questionnaire were compared between the two groups. Results: after the intervention, the NRS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The GCQ score and nursing satisfaction questionnaire of CCU patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion : music therapy can effectively relieve the wound pain of patients with PCI, improve the comfort of patients and improve the satisfaction of patients.
