Clinical effect of evidence-based nursing in promoting rehabilitation of children with purulent meningitis
循证护理促进化脓性脑膜炎患儿康复的临床效果

摘要

目的 探究循证护理促进化脓性脑膜炎患儿康复的临床效果。方法 选取我院2018年6月-2020年6月收治的化脓性脑膜炎患儿30例，随机把所有患者分为对照组与观察组，各15例，所有患者入院后均开展对症治疗，对照组行常规护理干预，观察组行循证护理，观察两组患者脑脊液白细胞、肛温、外周白细胞的恢复时间、住院时间、临床症状改善时间和临床治疗总有效率。结果 观察组患者的肛温、脑脊液、外周白细胞恢复时间、住院时间及临床症状改善时间明显低于对照组，对比有差异（P<0.05）；观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著优于对照组，对比有差异（P<0.05）。结论 在化脓性脑膜炎患儿中应用循证护理干预效果显著，能有效改善患者的临床症状，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing in promoting the rehabilitation of children with purulent meningitis.
Methods Thirty children with purulent meningitis admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected. All patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, each with 15 cases. All patients were treated with symptomatic treatment after admission. The group underwent routine nursing intervention, and the observation group underwent evidence-based nursing. The recovery time of cerebrospinal fluid white blood cells, rectal temperature, peripheral white blood cells, hospitalization time, clinical symptoms improvement time, and total effective rate of clinical treatment were observed.
Results The rectal temperature, cerebrospinal fluid, peripheral white blood cell recovery time, hospital stay and clinical symptom improvement time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); the total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group , The contrast is different (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of evidence-based nursing intervention in children with purulent meningitis has a significant effect, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
