Application of Continuing Nursing in Gynecological Tumor Patients with Indwelling PICC Tube and Analysis of Nursing Experience
延续护理在留置PICC管妇科肿瘤患者中的应用及护理体会分析

摘要

目的 对留置PICC管妇科肿瘤患者应用延续护理的应用价值以及护理体会进行探讨和分析。 方法 本次研究选取开始于2019年1月，结束于2020年3月，研究期间选取本院PICC中心接受PICC置管的患者共90例作为研究对象，所有患者均剧透超过三个月的留置时间。为了深入了解延续护理的护理疗效，本次研究采取对比的方式，将所有患者按照比例随机分为两组，分别为观察组和对照组，各45例，将常规护理应用在对照组的妇科肿瘤患者中，将延续护理应用在观察组患者的护理过程中，将两组患者的满意度以及并发症的发生几率作为对比数据进行比较。结果 经过对两组患者不同护理方法进行对比后，观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组，且观察组并发症发生几率相较于对照组来说也较低，差异符合统计学意义的评判标准（P＜0.05）。结论 在现阶段的留置PICC患者进行护理过程中，采取延续护理的方式可以有效地提高患者的满意度，同时降低置管并发症的发生几率，值得在临床中推广及应用。

Abstract

Objective: To discuss and analyze the application value and nursing experience of continuing nursing for patients with indwelling PICC tube for gynecological tumors.
Methods: The selection of this study started in January 2019 and ended in March 2020. During the study period, 90 patients who received PICC catheterization in the PICC center of our hospital were selected as the research objects. All patients were spoiled for more than three months. Retention time. In order to gain an in-depth understanding of the nursing curative effect of continuous nursing, this study adopted a comparative method. All patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the proportion, namely the observation group and the control group, with 45 cases in each group. Routine nursing was applied to the gynecological tumors in the control group. Among patients, continuation care was applied to the nursing process of patients in the observation group, and the satisfaction of the two groups of patients and the incidence of complications were compared as comparative data.
Results: After comparing the different nursing methods of the two groups of patients, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant The evaluation criteria (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : In the current nursing process of patients with indwelling PICC, the method of continuation of care can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients and reduce the incidence of complications of catheterization. It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
