Analysis of the effect of psychological nursing intervention in hepatobiliary surgery
心理护理干预在肝胆外科中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 分析心理护理干预在肝胆外科中的应用效果。方法：选取2019年6月至2019年12月我院收治的肝胆外科患者118例，将其随机分为两组，每组患者为59例。对照组患者采用常规护理手段，观察组患者在常规护理基础上，额外增加心理护理干预，对两组患者的护理舒适度评分进行统计比较。结果 观察组患者的切口疼痛评分（4.3±2.9）分、尿管所致不适评分（3.7±0.2）分、引流管牵制评分（2.2±0.4）分、担心疾病预后评分（2.2±1.5）分、对经济情况担忧评分（2.2±1.2）分，对照组患者的相关数据（8.2±3.2）分、（7.2±0.6）分、（8.9±1.2）分、（6.4±1.7）分和（7.2±1.9）分，两组数据差异明显，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 相比于常规护理手段，通过心理护理干预方法，能够显著改善肝胆外科患者的情绪状况。令患者的生活质量也得到大幅度的提升，值得在今后的临床工作中进一步推广。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention in hepatobiliary surgery.
Methods: A total of 118 hepatobiliary surgery patients admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 59 patients in each group. Patients in the control group used conventional nursing methods, and the patients in the observation group added psychological nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing, and the nursing comfort scores of the two groups were statistically compared.
Results: Observation group patients’ incision pain score (4.3±2.9), urinary catheter-induced discomfort score (3.7±0.2), drainage tube containment score (2.2±0.4), and disease prognostic concern score (2.2±1.5) , Worry about the economic situation score (2.2 ± 1.2) points, the relevant data of the control group patients (8.2 ± 3.2) points, (7.2 ± 0.6) points, (8.9 ± 1.2) points, (6.4 ± 1.7) points and (7.2 ± 1.9) points, the data of the two groups are significantly different and statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Compared with conventional nursing methods, psychological nursing intervention methods can significantly improve the emotional state of patients in hepatobiliary surgery. The quality of life of patients has also been greatly improved, which is worthy of further promotion in future clinical work.
