摘要

目的 对脑卒中患者护理中神经内科康复护理的应用价值进行研究。方法 本次实验对象为神经内科脑卒中患者，实验时间集中在2019年1月-2020年8月，共计88例患者参与本次实验中来。所选患者均接受随机编号处理，依据编号奇偶性确定对照组及实验组患者。通过一般护理模式护理对照组患者，通过神经内科康复护理模式护理实验组患者，对两组患者神经功能缺损评分、患者亲属护理认可度、并发症出现情况进行分析及对比。结果 系统分析本次实验，实验组患者神经功能缺损评分下降幅度相比对照组患者较大，数据差异较为凸显，（p＜0.05）；对本次实验开展分析，实验组患者亲属护理认可度上升幅度相比对照组患者较大，数据差异较为凸显，（p＜0.05）；对本次实验进行系统的分析，实验组患者并发症出现概率下降幅度相比对照组患者较大，数据差异较为凸显，（p＜0.05）。结论 在脑卒中患者护理中神经内科康复护理的应用价值显著高于一般护理模式，其在降低患者神经功能缺损评分、提高患者亲属护理认可度、减少并发症出现方面作用较为突出。

Abstract

Objective: To study the application value of neurological rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of stroke patients.
Methods: The subjects of this experiment were stroke patients in the Department of Neurology. The experiment time was concentrated from January 2019 to August 2020. A total of 88 patients participated in this experiment. The selected patients received random number processing, and the control group and experimental group patients were determined according to the parity of the number. The patients in the control group were nursed through the general nursing model, and the patients in the experimental group were nursed through the neurological rehabilitation nursing model. The two groups of patients were analyzed and compared with the scores of neurological impairment, the recognition of patients' relatives and the occurrence of complications.
Results: Systematic analysis of this experiment showed that the neurological deficit scores of the experimental group decreased more than those of the control group, and the data difference was more prominent, (p<0.05); analysis of this experiment showed that the relatives of the experimental group patients recognized their nursing care Compared with the control group, the increase rate is larger, and the data difference is more prominent, (p<0.05); the systematic analysis of this experiment shows that the decrease in the probability of complications in the experimental group is larger than that of the control group, and the data difference is more Highlight, (p<0.05).
Conclusion  : The application value of neurological rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of stroke patients is significantly higher than that of the general nursing model. It has a prominent role in reducing the neurological deficit score of patients, improving the recognition of patients' relatives, and reducing complications.
