The effect of targeted nursing on patients with endocrine diseases treated with glucocorticoid drugs
针对性护理对糖皮质激素类药物治疗内分泌疾病患者的影响

摘要

目的 探讨在内分泌疾病患者接受糖皮质激素类药物治疗期间实施针对性护理的应用效果。方法 本次研究对象为我院收治的内分泌疾病患者，共66例，主要应用糖皮质激素类药物进行治疗，选取时间为2018年12月-2020年8月，在临床护理中，分别选用常规护理、针对性护理两种干预手段，并以此为依据将所选患者进行分组，对应组名为对照组、观察组，每组患者人数均等，各为33例。结果 护理后，观察组患者股骨头坏死、骨质疏松症、胃肠道不适等不良反应的发生概率明显降低，并且患者的用药依从性也得到加强，治疗效果好转人数所占比重上升，各项指标显著优于另一组，差异符合统计学意义的评判标准（P＜0.05）。结论 针对性护理所涉及到的服务范围较广，并且护理干预内容明确，涵盖于患者心理、健康指导、饮食控制等多方面的护理服务，大大提高了临床护理质量，有利于疗效的发挥，帮助患者早日恢复健康。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application effect of targeted care during the treatment of glucocorticoid drugs in patients with endocrine diseases.
Methods: The subjects of this study are patients with endocrine diseases admitted to our hospital, a total of 66 cases, mainly treated with glucocorticoid drugs, the selection time is from December 2018 to August 2020, in clinical nursing, the routine Nursing and targeted nursing are two intervention methods, and the selected patients are divided into groups based on this. The corresponding groups are named control group and observation group. The number of patients in each group is equal, with 33 cases in each group.
Results: After nursing, the incidence of adverse reactions such as femoral head necrosis, osteoporosis, and gastrointestinal discomfort in the observation group was significantly reduced, and the medication compliance of the patients was also strengthened, and the proportion of the number of people with improved treatment effects increased. The indicators were significantly better than the other group, and the difference met the criteria of statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Targeted nursing involves a wide range of services, and the content of nursing intervention is clear, covering patient psychology, health guidance, diet control and other nursing services, which greatly improves the quality of clinical care and is beneficial to the effect of efficacy. Help patients recover health as soon as possible.
