探讨心内科护理中人性化护理的运用

摘要

目的 关于人性化护理模式在心内科临床中的应用效果调研。方法 随机性选取2020年5-9月于我院心内科接受诊疗的80例患者作为调研主体，均分两组后实施不同护理模式，比较两组患者的护理满意度及各项综合功能评分。结果 研究组各项综合功能评分远超参照组，且两组患者的护理满意度比较差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 通过本次调研得出结论如下，首先人性化护理模式能够显著提升心内科整体护理效果及质量；其次人性化护理有助于心内科传统护理观点的转化与创新。基于此，建议在心内科临床工作中深入应用人性化护理模式，贯彻落实“以人为本”的护理理念。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effect of humanized nursing model in clinical application of cardiology.
Methods: Randomly select 80 patients who were diagnosed and treated in the cardiology department of our hospital from May to September 2020 as the main body of the survey. After the two groups were divided into two groups, different nursing models were implemented, and the nursing satisfaction and comprehensive function scores of the two groups were compared .
Results: The comprehensive function scores of the study group far exceeded those of the reference group, and there was a significant difference in nursing satisfaction between the two groups, which was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The conclusions drawn from this investigation are as follows. Firstly, the humanized nursing model can significantly improve the overall effect and quality of cardiology nursing; secondly, the humanized nursing contributes to the transformation and innovation of traditional cardiology nursing views. Based on this, it is recommended to apply the humanized nursing model deeply in the clinical work of cardiology, and implement the "people-oriented" nursing concept.
