Quality Nursing Care in Test Tube Baby Egg Retrieval and Embryo Transfer
试管婴儿取卵术及胚胎移植术中的优质护理

摘要

目的 探究优质护理服务在试管婴儿取卵术及胚胎移植术中的应用成效。方法 随机抽调我院2019年7月-2020年7月收治的100例患者作为研究主体，均分两组后并行不同护理方案。A组行优质护理，B组行常规护理，比较两组患者的SAS、SDS评分以及护理满意度。结果 A组患者的护理满意度明显优于B组，且SAS、SDS评分均低于B组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 研究发现，实施优质护理之后，试管婴儿取卵术及胚胎移植术患者的护理满意度得到很大程度上的提升，且稳定了该类患者的正常生活质量，极大的缩减了患者的出院时间，降低了患者的医疗成本消耗，减轻了患者家庭的经济负担，因此值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effectiveness of high-quality nursing services in IVF egg retrieval and embryo transfer.
Methods: Randomly select 100 patients admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 as the main body of the study, and divide them into two groups and then parallel different nursing plans. Group A was given high-quality care, and group B was given routine care. The SAS and SDS scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
Results: The nursing satisfaction of patients in group A was significantly better than that of group B, and the scores of SAS and SDS were lower than those of group B. The difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The study found that after the implementation of high-quality care, the care satisfaction of patients undergoing IVF egg retrieval and embryo transfer surgery has been greatly improved, and the normal quality of life of such patients has been stabilized, and the patient’s The discharge time reduces the medical cost of patients and reduces the economic burden of patients’ families, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
