Discussion on the application effect of psychological nursing in diabetic nephropathy
心理护理在糖尿病肾病护理中的应用效果探讨

摘要

目的 将心理护理对糖尿病肾病护理中的应用价值进行分析和探讨。方法 本次研究开始于2018年9月，结束于2020年9月，研究对象为这一期间在本院进行治疗的糖尿病肾病患者共98例，为了更好的了解心理护理的应用效果，本次研究采用对比的方式，将98例患者按照比例随机分为观察组和对照组各49例，将常规护理应用在对照组患者的护理过程中，在常规护理的基础上结合心理护理的护理方式应用在观察组患者的护理过程中，对比两组患者的护理满意度以及护理效果。结果 经过对比后发现，观察组患者的护理满意度为97.95%，对照组患者的护理满意度为85.71%，观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异符合统计学意义的评判标准（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的治疗有效率为97.95%，对照组患者的治疗有效率为83.67%，观察组患者的治疗有效率明显优于对照组，差异符合统计学意义的评判标准（P＜0.05）。结论 将心理护理应用在糖尿病肾病患者的护理过程中可以有效的提升患者的护理满意度和治疗效果，将患者的生活质量进行有效改善，值得临床推广及应用。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze and discuss the application value of psychological nursing in diabetic nephropathy nursing. Method: This study started in September 2018 and ended in September 2020. The subjects of the study were 98 diabetic nephropathy patients who were treated in our hospital during this period. In order to better understand the application effects of psychological care, this study In this study, 98 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 49 cases in accordance with the ratio. Routine nursing was applied to the nursing process of patients in control group, and the nursing method was combined with psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing. It is used in the nursing process of the observation group to compare the nursing satisfaction and nursing effect of the two groups of patients.
Results: After comparison, it was found that the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 97.95%, and the nursing satisfaction of patients in the control group was 85.71%. The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference met the criteria of statistical significance. (P<0.05); The effective rate of treatment for patients in the observation group was 97.95%, and that of patients in the control group was 83.67%. Conclusion  : The application of psychological nursing in the nursing process of patients with diabetic nephropathy can effectively improve the patient's nursing satisfaction and treatment effect, and effectively improve the patient's quality of life. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
